Order processing times generally take between 1-3 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery is within 7-12 business days. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return Requests: Customers must request returns within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
Eligibility: Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for return.
Return Shipping: Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Authorization: Contact Oofos support at cefimpaul@gmail.com to obtain return authorization before shipping products back.
Refund Processing: Once the returned items arrive and are inspected, reimbursements will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, order processing may have begun making cancellation impossible.
