Oofos Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At Oofos, we carefully process most orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing may take longer during major holidays or special promotional sales periods.

Shipping Timeline

After your order leaves our facility, expect shipping transit to take between 7 and 12 business days. Overall delivery timelines can vary due to destination, customs, carrier operations, or uncontrollable factors like severe weather or national holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees for your Oofos order are automatically calculated based on your items and destination, and are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, Oofos will send you tracking details via email. Please allow a brief grace period for tracking systems to update with your package’s status.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, please contact us promptly at cefimpaul@gmail.com. Orders cannot be canceled after this 12-hour window.

Returns

Oofos accepts returns within 14 days of your package delivery date.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
